Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items like adhesive bras and hosiery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for an exchange or store credit.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any authorized postal service location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
